Above all, you ignite the fire of a brand with your carefully chosen words, developing and overseeing a creative concept until it goes live. Your texts deliver clever content and narrate your clients’ stories. You make the magic happen.

As Content Lead, we entrust you with the following tasks:
  • Creation of texts, content strategies, storyboards, and briefings for communication concepts
  • Cost estimations for productions and obtaining quotes from external partners such as makeup artists, camerapersons, actors, etc.
  • Any resulting administrative tasks (scheduling, prop organization, filming permits, license management, etc.)
  • Preparation and planning of production and shooting schedules
  • Editorial supervision during filming (instruction during set preparation with lighting, props, equipment, etc.)
  • Close collaboration with project management, other departments, and external partners such as editors, directors, camerapersons, and other crew members
  • Development and implementation of communication measures on digital channels and content management
  • Evaluation and reporting to management
  • Personnel administration and competent leadership of a creative team
You captivate us with the following traits and skills:
  • Strong interest in media design, design, and storytelling
  • Completed education – ideally in the field of media, marketing, and communication – beneficial but not a requirement
  • Familiarity with common industry-specific software such as Adobe Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop
  • Several years of professional experience with designing campaigns and creating impressive concepts
  • Confident use of website and social media tools
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, brand building, and content creation
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail, a high degree of creativity and initiative
  • Proficient language skills in German and English, additional foreign languages beneficial
